These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the InformedAI platform (the "Service") operated by Marolence LLC ("Marolence", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Service Description
InformedAI is an AI-powered platform that helps businesses create and manage structured documents and workflows. The Service includes document creation tools, knowledge-base management, AI-assisted content generation, embeddable widgets, and related APIs.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Use the Service to generate spam, misleading, or fraudulent content
- Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
4. Intellectual Property
Your Content. You retain all rights to the content you create, upload, or input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Our Platform. The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by Marolence LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to our trademarks, logos, or branding.
5. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses artificial intelligence to assist with content creation. AI-generated output may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any AI-generated content before use. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated output.
6. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis through Stripe. Usage-based charges are calculated at the end of each billing period. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marolence LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
